Goran Golubovic

Born in Montenegro’s capital city of Podgorica in 1997, Chef Glubovic’s passion for the culinary arts was ignited early in life. At 14, he attended vocational school to study culinary technology, and then went on to earn his degree in gastronomy at the College of Hotel Management in Belgrade, Serbia.
Chef Glubovic has worked broadly, both in Europe and the U.S — from the seaside town of Budva in his native Montenegro (Hotel Splendid, Kužina) and Barcelona, to West Palm Beach (Pistache).
In 2018, he joined the culinary team at Atria as a line cook, and quickly rose through the ranks, assuming the role of chef de cuisine in 2021.
