William G. McLain IV has more than 25 years behind the bar. He started his bartending career in Washington, D.C. and honed his skills working the legendary bars of New Orleans. He is a former lawyer, law professor, and professional card player who got his BFA in fashion design from The Parsons School of Design in New York City.
